Very interesting session.  I was wrong - the book I mentioned is ~1000 pages...

&quot;The Design of Sites&quot; second edition, by Duyne, Landay and Hong (2007).  I think that the chapter titles connect well with the talk:

1) Customer Centered Web Design
2) Making the most of design patterns
3) Knowing your customers
4) Involving customers
5) Processing &amp; developing customer centered sites.
